“Ege Redüktör Makine San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.” was established in 1987 in Manisa- Turgutlu, its staff consisted of 4 men and it was settled on an area of 200 m². In 1992 it changed its title into “Ege Redüktör Makine San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.”, it maintains its production with CNC and Universal workbenches, its personnel consists of experienced staff of 30 men of which 25 men are technicians in an indoor area of 1000 m².”
Our principle is to deliver the best product in the shortest time possible for the best price, since our first day. We follow each innovation which supplies the former mentioned occasions, and include it into our structure.
The purpose of our company which is operating in the production sector, is to produce durable reducers which can adapt itself to the rapidly developing current technology. We attend in local and foreign fairs with the aim to follow up closely the developments in the sector, and to be a part of the developments. Bu tip redüktörlerimizde; yedi adet ana gövde(EA1, EA2, EA3, EA4, EA5, EA6, EA7 -EF1, EF2, EF3, EF4, EF5, EF6, EF7),0.25 kW ~30kW güç aralığında iki~üç~dört aktarmadan elde edilen; 1 d/d ~ 630 d/d devir aralığı, motorlu ve motorsuz seçenekleri mevcuttur.
ED Tip Monoblok Gövdeli Delik Şaftlı Redüktörler:
“ED Tip Monoblok Gövdeli Delik Şaftlı Redüktörler”; beş ana gövde, 0.18 kW~22 kW güç aralığı, 19 d/d~250 d/d devir aralığı, çıkış flanşlı ve çıkış flanşsız, motorlu ve motorsuz gibi seçeneklere sahiptir.
EP Tipi Delik Şaft Tek ve Çift Kademeli Redüktörler:
“Delik Şaftlı Redüktörler”; sekiz ana gövde(EP1,EP2,EP3,EP4,EP5,EP6,EP7,EP8), 0.5 kW~55 kW güç aralığı, tek ve çift kademe seçenekleriyle elde edilen;10 d/d ~ 400 d/d devir aralığına sahip, kilitli rulman opsiyonu bulunan redüktörlerdir.
AR Tipi Delik Şaft Tek Kademeli Redüktörler:
“Delik Şaftlı Redüktörler”; üç ana gövde (AR1, AR2, AR3), 0.5 kW~55 kW güç aralığı, tek kademe ile elde edilen; 70 d/d ~ 250 d/d devir aralığına sahip, kilitli rulman opsiyonu bulunan redüktörlerdir.
ERS Tip Sonsuz Vidalı Redüktörler:
“Sonsuz Vidalı Redüktörler” in; dokuz adet ana gövde dahilinde (bunlardan ERS30-ERS40 - ERS50 - ERS63 - ERS75 alüminyum enjeksiyon gövdeli , ERS90,ERS110,ERS130,ERS150 pik döküm gövdeli ), 0.12Kw ~ 15 kW güç aralığı, bir~iki~üç aktarmadan elde edilen; 0.3 d/d~373 d/d devir aralığı ile motorlu ve motorsuz, kare flanşlı, tek veya çift çıkış milli seçenekleri mevcuttur.

Bu tip redüktörlerimiz ağır hizmet redüktörleri olup mevcut bulunan değişik hizmet şartlarına hitap edecek şekilde sekiz ana gövdeden oluşan, 0.37 kW ~ 355 kW güç aralığına sahip, iki, üç, dört kademeden elde edilen 0.9 d/d ~ 175 d/d devir aralığına sahiptir.
Yatık Paralel Milli Ekstruder EK Tip Redüktörler:
Bu tip redüktörlerimiz ağır hizmet redüktörleri olup genel olarak palstik sektöründe kullanılmakta, mevcut bulunan değişik hizmet şartlarına hitap edecek şekilde sekiz ana gövdeden oluşan, 0.37 kW ~ 355 kW güç aralığına sahip, iki, üç, dört kademeden elde edilen 0.9 d/d ~ 175 d/d devir aralığına sahiptir ve boğaz yataklamalarında konik oynar makaralı baskı rulmanları kullanılmaktadır.
Foot (EA) / Flange (EF) Mounted Helical Geared Reducers:

In “Hollow Shaft Single And Double Staged Reducers” type; there are eigth main bodies( EP1, EP2, EP3, EP4, EP5, EP6, EP7, EP8) 0.5 kW ~ 55 kW power range, 10 r.p.m.~400 r.p.m. gained by single and double stage with locked bearing options.

In “worm gear reducers” type; there are nine main bodies (ERS 30-ERS40-ERS50–ERS63-ERS75 aluminum injection die casting, ERS90-ERS110-ERS130-ERS150 cast iron), 0.12 kW ~15 kW power range, 0.3 r.p.m. ~ 373 r.p.m. gained by one ~ two ~ three stages, motorized and non-motorized, square flanged, single or double output shaft options.
